IBC138 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

01 Member Eligibility

IBC138 services are only available to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account with IBC138, you confirm that you fulfil all of these criteria:

• You are at least 18 years old on the date of account registration.
• You are registering in your own personal capacity, and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• The use of online betting platforms is not prohibited or unlawful in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online betting.
• You have never been declared bankrupt and are not currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings in Malaysia or any other country.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.

02 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) IBC138 account only. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identification document, an active phone number, and a valid email address. IBC138 reserves the right to reject registrations or close accounts that use false or incomplete information.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. IBC138 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not log in using public devices or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for added security.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

IBC138 accepts deposits via a range of trusted local Malaysian payment methods. All financial transactions on the IBC138 platform are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your data secure.

Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Islam, and AmBank). All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few seconds to 5 minutes.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallets; up to 1 business day for bank transfers.
• IBC138 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

IBC138 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain limit. This is a standard procedure designed to protect your account from misuse. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad and screenshots of bank transactions.

04 Bonus & Promotions Terms

IBC138 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the terms of each bonus before accepting it.

• All bonuses carry a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• IBC138's standard rollover requirement is between 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• IBC138 reserves the right to void any bonus where fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Members who register multiple accounts to claim bonuses will forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings.

For the IBC138 VIP Rewards programme, loyalty points are accumulated based on actual wagering amounts (not deposits). Points earned can be redeemed in accordance with the set redemption schedule and are subject to the separate VIP programme terms.

05 Game Rules

All games on the IBC138 platform — including slots, poker, live matches, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League and EPL football, badminton, e-sports), and Live Casino — are subject to their respective game rules, available in the relevant sections of the platform.

• The outcome of all games is final once verified by the IBC138 system.
• Any outcomes resulting from technical errors or system disruptions will be reviewed by the IBC138 team.
• Bets placed during a system outage may be voided and funds returned.
• For slot games, the RTP (Return to Player) for each game ranges from 95% to 98.5% and is independently audited.
• For Sports Betting and e-sports, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply, even if changes occur afterwards.
• Bets placed on matches that have been postponed, cancelled, or ended early will be settled in accordance with IBC138's sports betting rules.
• Progressive jackpot winnings are subject to verification and may take up to 72 hours to be credited.

06 Member Conduct

IBC138 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the IBC138 platform:

• Using software, automated bots, scripts, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including document forgery, unauthorised use of another person's credit/debit card, or manipulation of the payment system.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker and table games.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain.
• Bonus abuse — such as opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity solely to claim bonuses.
• Uploading or distributing obscene, harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through the IBC138 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other members or IBC138 staff.

IBC138 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system and works closely with gaming software providers to monitor suspicious activity. Any breach of the conduct standards set out herein may result in immediate action without prior notice.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

IBC138 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and without prior notice if these Terms & Conditions are breached. This may include forfeiture of the account balance and any outstanding winnings where the violation involves fraud or serious misconduct.

Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include:

• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Violation of game rules or conduct that breaches the terms.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the IBC138 support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded within 5 business days upon completion of identity verification.

08 Liability Limits

IBC138 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, IBC138 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming on the IBC138 platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond IBC138's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Deposit or withdrawal delays caused by third-party payment providers.
